Aadya Solution Ltd. (“ASL”) is a technology company that offers an online third quote system, AllQuotes.ca for customers to access multiple quotes from local businesses for their projects and allows customers to maximize their reach to multiple businesses.

Our Website provides technology to customers and businesses that facilitate the collection of personal information from customers.  Such customer personal information is collected during the registration process and provided to businesses with consent of customers.  Such personal information is collected and stored by ASL on behalf of the customer, but we maintain no rights in any customer personal information and do not use customer personal information nor do we sell, transfer, or give it to any other third party except for businesses selected for quotes through our Website and consented to by customers.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to collect aggregated information regarding the access and use of the Website.  Such aggregated information may include what pages customers and businesses access or visit, when and how customers and businesses visit, and other information customers or businesses may volunteer or through customers posting reviews or businesses requesting feedback.  

We collect and use such information to improve the quality of the Website.

The information we collect is not shared with or sold to other organizations for commercial purposes but may be used where it is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, or as otherwise required by law.

In order to obtain third party quotes from businesses registered on the Website or as a business in order to offer quotes to customers using the Website, you will have to complete our online registration form for customers or business and to establish a login and password.  You are responsible for keeping your password safe and secure.

We use third party payees to process payments on behalf of ASL.  Please be aware that we are not responsible for the privacy policies of any third-party payees.  We encourage you to be aware when you leave the Website and to read the privacy policies of all third-party payees.  This Privacy Statement as it applies only to the Website services offered to customers and businesses.

We make every information to protect your personal information.  We protect your personal information both online and offline.

We protect your right to privacy and your personal information by:

     (a) only collecting personal information for the purposes set out in the Privacy Statement;

The Website is a subscription based services in which businesses register and pay a subscription fee to be listed on the Website. ASL does not request or accept any payments from customers for the use of its subscription based AllQuotes system and does not take any fee or commission based on any quote from a registered business accepted by customer.

Customer is solely responsible for its relationship with a business registered on the Website including but not limited to responding to any quotes, changes in quotes, engaging and any and all work undertaken by a business registered and providing services for a customer project through Website or for the payment or any guarantee of business services. ASL shall have no responsibility, obligation or liability for any matter arising from customer and business relationship including but not limited to quotes, changes quotes, of the appointment of business or scope or details of work undertaken for a customer project.


Removal of and Access to Personal Information

Upon your request, we will remove your personal information from view as soon as reasonably possible, and in accordance with applicable law. Users have the option to remove or deactivate account. There is a delete account feature available within the App and any customer or business can request an account deletion at any time. Contact us form can be used to connect with us for any account management information as well.  We do retain personal information in order to comply with law, prevent fraud, collect any fees owed, resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our agreements, and take other actions otherwise permitted by law.

You may request access to your personal information in accordance. All requests must be made in writing and addressed to ASL.  You will be required to provide some information for security reasons and to verify identity.  A small administrative fee may apply, depending on the request.  ASL has the right to deny access to personal information.  ASL will explain why your request for access to your personal information has been denied.
