In the early 1990’s the owner Chris McEachnie who grew up in West Vancouver found himself imagining what this parents property in Caulfield could look. 4 months later he had removed trees, rent a mini excavator, built a waterfall and pond. That wasn’t enough so he built a cedar deck off the pool that landed onto the top of the waterfall. He had transformed the property into something amazing!! The waterfall plants and a deck the became the focal point of the entire home. He was hooked.
