Andy Thaysen started Engaged Landscaping in 2008 with a Volkswagen Golf and cement mixer. In 2017, he incorporated the business as Thaysen Landscapes Inc, a new name to reflect the growth of the business. With over 20 years experience, 14 of which in business.
"This business has changed a lot over the years, in the beginning it was just myself then slowly over the years we've built up to a solid crew of 11. As we've grown, my role has changed while I began to rely on my employees more and more. To carry the vision for the company, to treat clients with deference, to build quality into every layer of our clients' projects.
Although I am still working in the field, we have multiple sites operating at any one time.
