After working as a Restoration Supervisor in California, U.S.A. for five years, Raz de Picciotto, owner and founder of Fresh Start Restoration, followed his dreams of living near the mountains and moved to beautiful Vancouver, B.C. Since that day Fresh Start Restoration (doing business as 911 Restoration of Vancouver) has consistently delivered the highest quality restoration and construction services available.
