We are a passionate team of professionals and lovers of local food based in Victoria, BC (Canada). It is our great honour to serve our clients, helping them grow beautiful, low-maintenance, edible ecosystems.

We were founded in 2013 by Joshua Wagler, Nicholas Poeta, and Marc DeMontigny. Today we leverage our founders 30+ years of combined experience in design, landscaping, irrigation, and construction to serve the unique needs of our clients and their landscape. Using our time-tested and deeply personal design process, we work closely with our clients to grow and maintain edible ecosystems that nourish the body, feed the soul, and regenerate the land.

We are all called to growing food for different reasons. For us, it was health & wellness, self-reliance, food security, family roots, and visions of off-grid homesteading. When we got started, we didn’t plan on starting a business. We just wanted to grow the healthiest food possible for ourselves and our loved ones. To be valuable to our community, and prepared for the future in an era of unprecedented change and uncertainty. In our quest to prepare for the future, we became fascinated by all that has stood the test of time.
