About the company

I grew up in Ottawa, ON where I started my first job in contract work at just ten years old, sweeping the floors at my Uncle’s maintenance and construction company. When I was twelve, I would help the workers and carry materials up and down ladders. Later I learned to drive backhoes, in winters drive a snowplow, as well as assist in other jobs within my uncle’s company. Whatever the job, I learned the importance of providing exceptional work and great service. And even at that young age I learned that many people settled for average home renovation and home construction contractors and didn’t expect the quality work that I was taught to deliver.

After retiring from a career in professional sports, I decided to start my own home renovation and home improvement contracting company with the commitment to exceed my client’s expectations as a contractor. Using my background and experience from my uncle’s company I launched Caliber West Renovations, where we treat every client’s home as if it was our own

Quality, Cost, Time
Home Renovations in Vancouver Triad Any home project is planned with either quality, cost or time in mind. Each of these constraints cannot be changed without affecting the other. You may choose two of either quality, cost or time when it comes to your project.

There are three possible options to choose from:
Choose Quality and Cost and expect that the project will take longer to complete.
Choose Quality and Time and expect that the project will cost more.
Choose Time and Money and the quality of the project will not be as good.
A high quality project may take longer. A project you want done quickly may cost more money. The quick and cheap option is never a good choice when it comes to wanting the home of your dreams.
