AllQuotes depends on a few layers of selection and verification methods before we list our professionals on the AllQuotes network
Level 1: All Professionals that are listed on AllQuotes have a minimum of 3+ Google ratings. If the business is not registered with Google, we look into the business's social media network to review its overall customer rating. If their reviews appear reasonable and do not suggest any negative customer experience or unfair practices, we allow the business to be part of the AllQuotes network.
Level 2: We ask all our businesses to self-declare their credentials such as: WCB Coverage, Valid Insurance, License, etc.
All businesses are expected to declare some mandatory certifications.
Level 3: Specific Verification badge is assigned to those businesses that have applied with AllQuotes to be officially verified. Level 3 verification is the highest level of business review. As part of the review, the AllQuotes team requests a government-issued business license to be provided, other documentation related to insurance and/or WCB coverage, and any other credential/certification that they hold. Business work history available with the licensing authorities will be reviewed to check if there has been any legal case or complaints against the business.
As a customer, you will be able to see a Green verified icon for the businesses that have been assigned a verification badge which indicates that AllQuotes have confirmed the credentials declared by the business.

When you request a quote as a customer, all businesses get notified immediately by the system.
Businesses start sending their quotes. For every quote you receive, you get a notification email however the actual response from businesses is stored on the dashboard under MyAccount->Active Request on AllQuotes.ca.
By default, as soon as you receive a quote, a notification email is generated to inform you of the response you received. However, you can change this setting anytime by going into your Notification Settings under MyAccount and switch to Notify me once a day option
The email notification to customers is sent once a day till the request expires or when the number of requested quotes have been received.
For Premium Business Owners
> Your Business Listing will be shown on top priority
> You can respond and submit unlimited estimates to customers

Yes you can decline projects. If you know you won’t be able to accept new projects for a while, or project criteria wouldn't meet with your criteria.
As a customer, you will receive quotes from different businesses. You can select the quote you like and mark it as Approved.
By Approving a quote, you are not bound to pay what the business has suggested. It is a way to select a business that has offered you the service at the most suitable price.
The Approval Quotes triggers the following actions:

NO, when businesses receive your request, they can only see your name and your request details. The businesses or Pros can only respond to your request via the AllQuotes platform. You will receive a notification when a new quote is sent to you or a response is received.
Your contact details are kept confidential and no business can see your contact information.
If you select the business for your Job, you can approve their request. Your approval automatically marks all other quotes as a Declined and the business you approved, will receive a notification that they have been selected and will also receive your email address.
Only when you Approve a business, the email address is revealed to them to establish direct contact.
You will be notified of new projects via email. Within each email, you can follow a link to your Dashboard to Accept or Reject each project

Your membership:- Premium Members experience more visibility on our contractor directory and have access to all leads.
Your reviews:- A lower number of positive reviews from your clients will rank you below most of your competitors with a higher number of reviews, and as a Premium Member, restrict your access to leads.
Your service categories:-Having your company listed in more service categories will help you show off your skills, advertise to more clients, and attract more business. Increase your standard number of service categories (3 categories) by collecting client reviews in new categories
We suggest that before you approve a quote received from any business, you consider these key points that will help you confirm your decision.
1. Review the quote and check if it is within your budget. Quotes are usually a rough estimate provided by the business based on your requirements submitted. If the estimate falls within the range you had in mind, then that’s a good start.
2. If you receive similar quotes from multiple businesses, or if you like a business and want to know if it is the business you should select, then confirm your decision by reviewing more details such as:
-Business profile- review the business listing, review their website, see their portfolio of work.
-Google rating – if the business is already registered with Google, on AllQuotes you can see their Google ratings and reviews in addition to AllQuotes ratings and reviews.
-Verified Badge - Though all businesses on AllQuotes have a great reputation however if you want to ensure you are working with someone who is licensed, insured, has all the relevant checks in place, then look for the AllQuotes Verified Badge

So, they post their projects, and we alert relevant contractors serving their area. Only Premium Members have the option to access and reply to the leads posted in their area. We have special conditions where your cotact details are shown to businesses. These conditions are only applied when specific customer consent is received.
1. When you request a quote, we will ask for your consent to share your contact details with only those businesses who have sent you a prilimary response or quote.
This opton will only be activated only when you provide us a specific consent to share your infomation with the interested businesses. This is used primarily to allow businesses to connect with you directly in case more information is required.
2. We share your contact information automatically when you approve a contractor's submitted quotes on the dashboard so they can contact you directly.
Our Privacy Policy provides complete transparency on how we use your personal information.
Yes. You can downgrade or cancel anytime from your settings page. However, if you've selected a monthly payment option, you will be required to fulfill any time remaining on your 1-month contract. You will lose your Premium features at the end of your billing cycle when you cancel your Premium Membership. Your account will not be adjusted until the end of your current billing cycle and/or contract upon downgrading.
You will receive an email notifying you of upcoming renewal date. You can also turn off auto renewal anytime by canceling your paid Membership

Your active requests are shown in the dashboard under Active Request. Unless the numer of requested quotes have been received and the condition is met. Once the condition is met, the request will show under Completed Request category. Generally, you will get your Free Estimate in 24 Hours, but in some case it may take upto 72 Hours, It depends on services you choose and requirements you have.
